Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations for the restaurant, bar, and conference & event spaces at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel. Lead and mentor the F&B team to deliver high-quality guest service, manage rosters and shift supervision, and maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management, and help execute functions and conferences to ensure client satisfaction.
