Cruiser/Destroyer Combat Systems SME

Serve as a Cruiser/Destroyer Combat Systems SME supporting mission-critical Navy readiness under CNSP and RATT. Lead and sustain day-to-day and long-range combat systems maintenance and engineering, collaborate with shipboard crews and program offices, and drive performance improvements through diagnostics and corrective recommendations. Apply deep AEGIS/SSDS expertise across maintenance workflows, engineering documentation, and technical directives to mentor Sailors and deliver TYCOM-aligned readiness assessments and reports.
