Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion.
  • •Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • •Develop and execute project strategy and governance frameworks, including KPIs and controls for quality, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental management.
  • •Oversee project operations including procurement, design development direction, site inspections, permitting, and statutory submissions.
  • •Monitor budgets and financial performance, manage variations/negotiations, and oversee invoicing processes using D-365 to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent education.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or construction projects.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive outcomes, develop new business, and coordinate with construction and design teams.
  • •Experience in client management with advisory/value management/value engineering/life cycle costing expertise.
