Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations for each client.
•Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge and expertise.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
•Support inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
•Meet weekly shift/hour requirements and be available during nights, weekends, and holidays while supporting Sephora standards and KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.6 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
