Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the release and program lifecycle from product definition through prototyping, development, continuous integration, testing, production release, and post-release evaluation.
  • •Develop and execute strategic forecasts and plans and set clear milestones to keep releases and programs on track.
  • •Provide leadership to multi-functional and cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and driving goals without direct authority.
  • •Partner with product management and engineering teams to ensure releases address customer needs.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate program risks; ensure quality, productivity, continuous improvement, compliance, and post-release evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer engineering or an engineering field, with 10-12 years of project management experience in embedded product development.
  • •PMP certification; Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
  • •Experience leading complex product development programs in a global setup.
  • •Hands-on experience with electronics hardware and/or embedded software development, and embedded project management experience (must-have).
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan and manage budget, resources, risks/mitigations, and work activities on new product development (NPD) projects.
