•5+ years of experience in videography, video production, or a related media role
•A strong, diverse portfolio or reel that demonstrates taste: clean, intentional work that tells a story across formats and contexts
•Expert-level editing skills and fluency with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
•A good ear: you have a high bar for audio as much as picture
•Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and make sound creative decisions with minimal direction
