Montessori Director

Lead a Montessori campus as Head of School, responsible for enrollment growth, staff hiring and development, and delivering an exceptional educational program for every child. Own campus strategy, culture, parent community building, and overall profitability targets, including campus budgeting. Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment goals and ensure the highest standards across classrooms, while advancing the Montessori mission.
