Job Summary

Support a greenfield program for a large federal civilian agency by establishing and tailoring SAFe governance and the operating model the program will run on. Analyze organizational needs to configure SAFe, define how governance is implemented and communicated to stakeholders, and build an education plan to bring development teams up to speed. Deliver training, workshops, and coaching materials, partner with UX on stakeholder education, and help manage change as teams onboard.

•Assist with creating a tailored SAFe framework by analyzing the organization to recommend the right configuration.
•Determine how to implement and communicate SAFe governance to program stakeholders across levels.
•Build an education plan and strategy to bring development teams up to speed on SAFe governance.
•Develop stakeholder education materials with UX and deliver training, workshops, and coaching materials.
•Support change management as new teams onboard and mature the framework over time.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Agile delivery or transformation experience.
•5+ years working in a SAFe environment.
•3+ years coaching or training teams in Agile or SAFe practices.
•Experience helping an organization adopt SAFe (not just operate within an established implementation).
•Strong written and verbal communication to translate framework concepts for mixed audiences.
