Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end program delivery for multiple enterprise-grade programs, ensuring on-time execution and driving decisions through weekly cross-functional syncs.
•Manage complex dependencies and technical communication across core teams (e.g., Platform, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product) to deliver frontier agents.
•Synthesize technical complexity into actionable insights for engineers and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
•Proactively identify, track, and architect mitigations for technical risks unique to enterprise AI deployment.
•Modernize and scale agile execution frameworks (e.g., Jira, Linear) and deliver metrics-driven reporting on program health and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a technical leadership role managing complex, large-scale software engineering or machine learning projects.
•2+ years managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
•Strong foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including LLM utilization, model fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
•Proven ability to present to and influence executive-level stakeholders, translating technical challenges into business impacts.
•Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
