Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to full lifecycle client engagements by leading strategic initiatives, managing workstreams, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • •Deliver project workstreams and outputs, manage project team members, and mentor colleagues.
  • •Lead market research and quantitative/qualitative analyses to synthesize strategic recommendations for clients.
  • •Take a lead role in analysis, initial story building, report production, client solutioning, and other deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of proven experience in strategy consulting, enterprise strategy, or the insurance/reinsurance industry.
  • •Prior experience at prominent Advisory Firms or Strategy Consulting Firms is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical abilities with a track record of academic success.
  • •Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
  • •Strong communication skills and fluency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel).
