Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a data retention and destruction governance framework across AME markets.
  • •Lead rollout and adoption of ILM policy and procedures across AME with Group partners.
  • •Support Legal Entity CDAO/COO and Records Officer accountability to effectively manage risk.
  • •Design global ILM framework requirements for all record types, championing AME needs.
  • •Define reporting, metrics, and KPIs for compliance and act as the ILM subject-matter expert for AME while identifying opportunities to reduce risk through timely deletion.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead information and data lifecycle management practices and understand risk management frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of record retention and privacy laws and regulations, including experience supporting implementation.
  • •Knowledge of organizational change frameworks and ability to lead delivery pods.
  • •Strong understanding of data management/governance frameworks and experience in at least one data control domain.
  • •Ability to deliver cross-entity/regional/global changes in large organizations and manage senior stakeholders.
