Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and related partners to support Treasury customers’ needs.
  • •Onboard and maintain Treasury products, including I Corp, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, I Payables, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and I Statements.
  • •Coordinate with Treasury Operations to resolve operational issues and escalate systematic/customer service issues as needed.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely documentation, implementation, servicing, deposits, and billing for Treasury Management products.
  • •Use bank reports to target service/sales opportunities, support relationship reviews, and assist with special projects and audit preparation.
