•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to complete reconditioning work.
•Maintain quality and speed in a fast-paced production environment.
•Support business needs, including the ability to work mandatory overtime when required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask) and be able to work in a fast-paced environment exposed to heat/cold.
