Job Summary

Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, from light maintenance to complex engine work. Troubleshoot and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid systems, and complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control components. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment with occasional exposure to extreme weather, using state-of-the-art tools while following safety requirements.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance through heavy engine repairs on all makes and models.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Repair wheel bearings and axles, and vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores).
•Work as part of a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment supporting the vehicle reconditioning process.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
