Job Summary

As Account Supervisor for Ogilvy Health Canada, you will lead project delivery across Ontario and Quebec teams, oversee content and client priorities, ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes, support brand strategy development with Account Directors, prepare IMPACT briefs, coordinate cross-disciplinary work, and drive client profitability while growing account leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the team in managing ongoing project progress, content and client priorities and know where projects are at all times.
•Ensure delivery of high-quality communication products, on time and on budget, while managing and ensuring quality of our services to Clients (attention to detail, updated status and budget reports, organized communication, responsiveness)
•Support the Account Director in developing the brand strategy, and ensure all projects link back to strategy
•Review project briefs and develop IMPACT briefs as required
•Coordinate efforts of the projects between creative, studio, clients, programmers etc. and manage/adjust priorities in partnership with the Account Director

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience from agency, marketing and/or medical education account management experience
•Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Strong strategic potential and interest
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
