Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support engineering tools on Azure infrastructure, including CI/CD, artifact management, code quality, and licensing.
  • •Build or modify deployment solutions using Infrastructure as Code and automation when off-the-shelf options don’t fit.
  • •Automate and improve processes to reduce manual effort and increase consistency and reliability.
  • •Maintain and stabilise environments during migration, ensuring continuity for engineering users.
  • •Implement operational best practices such as supervision/monitoring, backups, archives, and log management to ensure robust, secure, auditable environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in modern DevOps and platform engineering, including Linux administration and scripting.
  • •Strong CI/CD pipeline design and delivery using tooling and automation.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerisation and orchestration.
  • •Experience managing artifacts/dependencies with JFrog Platform (Artifactory/XRay) and using GitLab for source control/CI.
  • •Proven use of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management/automation with Ansible; Python scripting experience is needed.
