Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle from local item development and sample approval to pricing and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive smooth item development for local supply and identify feasible, cost-effective development methods.
  • •Provide on-time estimates using optimal production capabilities and initiate product re-engineering.
  • •Manage counter sample approvals, RBO updates circulation, and resolve product development queries.
  • •Take ownership of assigned accounts, follow up with overseas hubs/internal teams, and resolve customer queries within timeframes or escalate appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation with a Textile and Printing background.
  • •Proven experience in product development, item setup, and sample management.
  • •Strong knowledge of product costing, pricing, and product re-engineering principles.
  • •Familiarity with Enterprise Lean System (ELS) or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •High proficiency in Oracle databases and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
