Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct trainings, periodic toolbox talks, and manage incident reporting, investigation, and communications.
  • •Track safety/health/environmental objectives and targets; perform risk assessments; support emergency action plans and management of change.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an accredited program (or a High School degree with 5 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience) within a construction, manufacturing, or operations environment.
  • •3+ years’ Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a construction, manufacturing, or operations environment.
  • •Previous construction EHS, permitting, and inspection experience.
  • •U.S. person eligibility under ITAR is required; Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •Ability to lead subcontractor staff and perform risk assessments, audits/compliance work, and emergency-coordination responsibilities.
