Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Strategy and Excellence strategy aligned to the overall GDMO vision and objectives
  • •Lead the Strategy and Excellence department, including relationships with directors across GDMO
  • •Manage the Strategy and Excellence budget, tracking allocated funds throughout the year
  • •Design organizational capability and organizational design, including restructuring opportunities and governance/reporting models
  • •Drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements: digitization/automation initiatives, KPI assignment and reporting, and change management for projects

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience with 4–5 years in a similar role
  • •7+ years leading and managing teams
  • •3+ years managing a budget
  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • •Demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and financial/budget management acumen
