Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial and strategic agreements for AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and product partnerships.
  • •Partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Strategic Sourcing on high-priority technology transactions and AI partnerships with AI model providers and hyperscalers.
  • •Provide practical guidance to senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, balancing legal risk with business imperatives.
  • •Monitor the product partnerships deal workflow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
  • •Develop and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable contracting processes; mentor junior colleagues as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 302,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership with the ability to practice in California required.
  • •7+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including top law firm training and meaningful in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company.
  • •Deep experience negotiating complex technology transactions, strategic alliances, and partnership agreements, including AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and data-related agreements.
  • •Strong knowledge of SaaS-centric legal considerations, including data privacy, security, intellectual property, and subprocessor frameworks.
  • •Ability to drive complex cross-functional deals and projects to closure in a fast-paced environment with strong written and oral communication skills.
