Key Responsibilities

•Lead property tours for prospective residents, pursue sales closures, perform follow-ups, and complete leasing paperwork.
•Provide guidance and support to leasing agents to assist with closing sales as needed.
•Ensure the leasing team has up-to-date sales and marketing materials, and keep the leasing office and documents current.
•Review and manage all lease paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including all associated tactics and campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role; GCC experience is a plus.
•Strong understanding of leasing processes, sales techniques, and lease documentation to effectively manage and close leasing transactions.
•Experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns for real estate properties.
•Ability to hire, train, and supervise leasing staff and ensure alignment with policies and sales goals.
•Excellent organizational skills for managing lease files, marketing materials, and property conditions.
