Key Responsibilities

  • •Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services across other lines of business
  • •Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting
  • •Acquire and deepen customer relationships while identifying and closing referral and sales opportunities
  • •Perform teller functions, balance cash daily, resolve customer issues, and follow compliance (including BSA/AML) and risk procedures

Key Requirements
