Universal Banker - Part Time 20 Hrs - Rutland Commons

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Serve as a cross-trained retail banker focused on outbound calling, identifying client needs, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures. Weekend and extended-hour availability may be required.
