Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process to support project execution.
  • •Create and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Communicate and drive compliance to category strategies, including defining and monitoring SLAs and KPIs for suppliers.
  • •Perform quantitative and business process analyses, including benchmarking and market analysis, to identify financial impacts and cost improvements.
  • •Create contract documents in collaboration with Legal, manage supplier contracts to obligations, and optimize procurement processes from PO to pay.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations management, material cost control, or master production scheduling.
  • •Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing purchasing/category outcomes (including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings).
  • •Construction project management experience and/or construction cost estimate experience.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills, including advanced quantitative and business process analysis.
  • •Must be able to work onsite in Starbase, TX and be able to travel up to 20% of the work week.
