Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer ownership for quotation, order processing, execution, communication, and invoicing.
  • •Manage order execution end-to-end, from order acknowledgment to factory deliveries, ensuring timely quotes and response time performance.
  • •Prepare, audit, and coordinate export trade documentation including BL, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
  • •Coordinate freight bookings, container movement, and shipment tracking across sea/air/road routes, including LCL/FCL and break-bulk handling.
  • •Calculate landed costs, verify duty payments, audit logistics invoices, and purchase/requisition packing materials and consumables.

Key Requirements

  • •5-6 years of experience in export/import compliance, documentation, and import/export policy procedures.
  • •Thorough knowledge of customs clearance, HS classification, and HS code requirements including SIMS, BIS, SCOMAT, and export/import GST compliance.
  • •Experience liaising with government agencies (e.g., Customs, DGFT) and external parties such as CHA and freight forwarders.
  • •Working knowledge of international logistics and modes of export/import, including Incoterms and letter of credit transactions.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (D365 an added advantage), with strong communication and people management skills.
