Senior Consultant in Benefits Management & Real Estate (RE) Strategy leads multi-disciplinary projects across public and private sectors, developing business cases and benefits management for major programmes. Works with client leadership, conducts interviews, workshops and data analyses to derive baselines, KPIs and options. Manages resources, invoicing and communications, while contributing to bids and thought leadership to grow the Benefits Management consulting offer.
