Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain schematic and detailed BIM models, including identifying conflicts and incomplete or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; create library components and keep a BIM revision log.
  • •Assist with BIM guideline preparation and compile contract BIM closeout documentation.
  • •Support project planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, and manage issue change orders, notices, and revisions.
  • •Derive material quantities, support construction coordination, and print drawing sets for team review.

  • •7+ years relevant experience working on BIM models and shop drawings, with strong focus on timely and accurate deliverables.
