Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on defined problems and features within the VROL engineering team.
  • •Apply established architectural patterns and translate functional requirements into clean, efficient, maintainable code.
  • •Write and maintain automated unit and component tests to support quality and reliability.
  • •Partner with GenAI agents for code generation, refactoring, and automated testing to improve delivery speed.
  • •Participate in production releases and operational readiness activities, addressing defects, performance issues, and reliability gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •1–2 years of hands-on enterprise software engineering experience building, delivering, and supporting Java/J2EE applications.
  • •Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software delivery (e.g., generative AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools) for prompt engineering, code review, test generation, and documentation.
  • •Knowledge of applied AI concepts for software engineering (e.g., large language models, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, data privacy, and responsible AI).
