Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, providing proactive support across commercial legal matters. Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, helping drive successful business outcomes while managing legal risk. Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, finance, and compliance, ensure alignment with local laws and Honeywell policies, and manage external legal counsel.
