•Develop and execute creator acquisition strategies to attract targeted creators.
•Negotiate partnership terms, campaign participation, and long-term collaboration opportunities with creators and talent representatives.
•Act as the primary point of contact for top creators and strategic creator partners, analyzing performance and outcomes to identify growth opportunities.
•Plan and support creator- and celebrity-focused initiatives and programs; take ownership of assigned tasks, track progress and risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.

•Proven track record acquiring, managing, or collaborating with high-profile creators, influencers, celebrities, or talent agencies.
•Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems.
