Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identifies potential program problems or opportunities, analyzes the issues using all appropriate resources, develops alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
•Manages the most complex and sensitive projects, often in multiple geographic locations. Many projects assigned are distinguished by their magnitude or program complexity, requiring that more than one person be involved.
•Acts independently or as a team leader representing IE with consulting firms and is responsible for ensuring that the final product of the project or program team reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
•Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
•Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, including 4 years of leadership experience.
•15+ years of transportation project experience.
•Experienced with Design Build delivery for final design.
•Experience leading and managing transportation design-build projects on large complex highway projects.
•State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months.
