Job Summary

Lead, plan, and direct airport operations in Chengdu, overseeing passenger and aircraft handling across management and shift schedules. Drive safety and security outcomes, compliance monitoring, and emergency/disruption readiness, while ensuring arrival/departure checklists and brand requirements are met. Manage on-time performance, coordinate special guest handling (VIP/MAAS, PRM and other categories), and own customer service and ancillary sales KPI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, policies, and regulatory requirements.
•Participate in daily operations and work required shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to deliver the local operation.
•Manage safety and security outcomes through promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety/security/compliance monitoring and reporting.
•Coordinate special guest requirements (including VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special categories) and ensure flight editing requirements are met.
•Deliver and maintain the station emergency response plan, disruption planning, diversion/delay handling, business continuity, and manage on-time performance follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience, with knowledge of leadership, project management, and business solutions.
•Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business best practice.
•Experience leading in a highly pressured, multicultural environment within a shift/management role.
•Proven ability to lead and drive results and communicate internally and externally at a large scale across multiple channels.
•Previous regional or international exposure is advantageous.
