Own the strategy and day-to-day development of smart service product offerings for Trane’s North America Commercial HVAC business. Contribute to product growth planning through a cross-functional Product Growth Team, including long-range and annual plans, multigenerational product planning, and go-to-market and commercialization efforts. Lead market and competitor analysis, support strategic pricing and offer adjustments, and collaborate with engineering, operations, product support, and applications teams to drive profitable service growth.

•Contribute to the Trane Service Products Growth Team, driving profitable growth across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
•Support the development of the services strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan for the service business.
•Manage day-to-day needs of the service offering, with a focus on implementing new pricing strategies.
•Conduct regular industry, market, and competitor analyses, including segmentation of end consumers and customers.
•Develop and execute the multigenerational product plan (MGPP), collaborating with other product managers and supporting marketing/commercialization and customer value proposition decisions.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 158,238.33 - 220,955 annually
