Lead repair and maintenance of Smart Cash Deposit Machines (SCDMs) and related equipment for the Cash Services team. Coordinate with internal teams and customers, deliver SCDM training, maintain installation/servicing records, and oversee testing, maintenance, and new software implementation for deployed machines.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide repair and maintenance services for SCDMs and related equipment, performing work in the workshop or onsite as needed.
•Use smart repair techniques to cut costs, including fixing and reusing spare parts and improving repair methods for cost-effectiveness.
•Provide phone support and remote assistance to the FLM team and customers when issues are unresolved, reducing travel and downtime.
•Coordinate internal teams and communicate step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical issues on-site and off-site.
•Maintain inventory records and track SCDM movement, ensuring thorough testing before deployment, supporting technicians, and monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting including software implementation.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in the same field.
•Technical expertise in software, hardware, and networking.
•Extensive knowledge of hardware and software components.
•Skilled in parts repairing and technical troubleshooting.
•Proficient in handling electric windings; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
