Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate pillar priorities into sprint plans, team commitments, and clear delivery expectations.
  • •Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-pod coordination rituals.
  • •Maintain visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery confidence.
  • •Keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and actionable in partnership with the Product Owner and pod leads/craft directors.
  • •Identify blockers early and help teams resolve or escalate them; coordinate execution against production pipelines and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in AAA game production, content production, asset production, or related production roles, ideally on complex AAA or large-scale projects.
  • •Experience operating as a Scrum Master, agile producer, delivery lead, or senior producer supporting multiple teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid production approaches, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, risk tracking, and dependency management.
  • •Ability to partner effectively with Product Owners, pod leads, craft directors, and multidisciplinary development teams.
  • •Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools and strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
