Lead delivery for a pillar within an AAA game development project by translating pillar priorities into sprint plans, clear commitments, and actionable backlogs. Facilitate key Scrum rituals (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate cross-pod alignment, managing dependencies, risks, capacity, and delivery confidence. Partner with Product Owners, pod leads, and craft directors to remove blockers, improve workflows, and support team health and collaboration.
