Senior Operations Training Instructor

Deliver technical instruction and evaluations for Operations and key management staff at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, covering initial, requalification, and management certification training. Develop and administer WANO- and FANR-aligned operator training programs using the SAT process, and validate FANR exams through written, simulator, and job performance assessments. Train key Nawah personnel on operational procedures, eSOMS, and nuclear technologies, and support corrective action tracking to maintain quality expectations.
