Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, business case, and launch for distributed campus firewalling and access-layer policy enforcement.
  • •Partner with silicon and platform engineering to improve next-generation switching hardware security capabilities and requirements across business units.
  • •Define security operations workflows connecting access-layer telemetry to detection/response outcomes across Secure Network Analytics, XDR, and AI-driven defensive agents.
  • •Lead the Splunk integration path for access-layer investigation in Cisco Cloud Control, including telemetry, case context, and closed-loop actions.
  • •Drive agentic campus security: governance for registered non-human identities and detection strategy for unregistered agent activity, plus sizing, adoption, pricing inputs, and executive representation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical/business field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • •8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years delivering cybersecurity products such as firewall, network detection and response, XDR, SIEM/SOC tooling, or zero trust and identity.
  • •Own a portfolio end to end (strategy, business case, roadmap, launch, and adoption) beyond a single feature area.
  • •Experience in security operations, including detection engineering, triage, investigation, containment, and the tooling/data that supports each.
  • •Experience with enterprise campus networking and access-layer architecture to partner credibly with switching platform and silicon engineering teams.
