Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client groups on headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
  • •Screen and source candidates, recommending top candidates for interviews.
  • •Coordinate candidate experiences including giving tours and attending interviews alongside client groups.
  • •Manage the offer process, including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages, and extending offer letters.
  • •Maintain an effective recruiting pipeline using both standard and non-standard outreach methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
  • •Experience with in-house recruiting and high volume recruiting.
  • •Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
