Job Summary

Own GTM sales performance measurement and lead end-to-end investigations for a mature sales DS subdomain. Decompose KPIs, design experiments, and deliver analyses that explain business drivers behind wins, revenue, funnel conversion, and rep productivity. Build and evolve data foundations, partner on attribution logic and shared metrics, and create self-serve dashboards so the sales org can answer its own questions—using AI agents throughout your workflow.

Key Responsibilities

•Own performance measurement for the subdomain, including monitoring key metrics, reporting against plan, and presenting business-review narratives to sales leadership.
•Lead investigations into performance questions by decomposing KPIs and designing experiments to test what works.
•Execute large, ambiguous projects autonomously: scope, identify the right data, and land results with stakeholders.
•Own and evolve the subdomain data foundation and partner with Sales DS peers on shared metrics, attribution logic, and cross-cutting analyses.
•Build self-serve dashboards and datasets, and work AI-natively using agents to raise the team’s rigor and AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
•Advanced SQL and strong Python, with comfort owning the full stack from ETL to analysis to visualization.
•Strong statistical foundations including experiment design, causal inference, funnel and cohort analysis, and forecasting.
•Track record of running large projects end to end with minimal direction, trusted when the numbers matter.
•Exceptional communication: present to executives, translate technical nuance for non-technical partners, and write standalone analysis documents.
