Job Summary

This part-time secondment focuses on fundraising, reporting, and stakeholder management across global partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of funder accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for donors, functions, and country teams, addressing their needs in a timely manner.
•Coordinate with country and functional teams to compile funder reports, ensure project progress and resolve challenges quickly.
•Prepare and execute timelines for report submissions, including rounds of reviews and potential platform issues.
•Draft impact reports and presentations for funders with the Global Grants Lead, ensuring accuracy and consistency across inputs.
•Maintain donor documentation on Google Drive and Salesforce, including grant agreements and meeting notes.
•Lead donor engagement through initiatives such as communications, volunteering, and in-kind donations, in close partnership with supporting functions.
•Lead efforts to enhance visibility of partnerships (learner stories, annual reports, social media posts) and support funding renewals and new opportunities.
•Identify and scope new funding opportunities with active donors and contribute to partnership renewal discussions.
•Support end-to-end funding renewal processes with narrative and budget proposals and engagement with countries/functions until submission.
•Collaborate with internal teams to update resources (templates, Salesforce for Partnerships) and contribute to strategic priorities like newsletters or data dashboards.

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of experience in fundraising, strategy design and implementation, program design and management, and/or account management.
•Full fluency in English; proficiency in any other language used in the Generation network is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong project management: able to orchestrate multiple tasks and deadlines with extreme attention to detail.
•Based within three hours of Eastern Time (ET) or willing to flex working hours to enable effective communication with Americas-based funding partners.
