Senior Manager, System Protection Engineering

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of system protection strategy under Ameren’s “One Design” model. Own scalable, high-quality protection engineering design packages supporting safe and reliable transmission and substation operations and construction across regions. Partner with operations, construction, and project teams to deliver compliant designs aligned to safety, reliability, schedule, cost, quality, and constructability—while managing metrics, governance, and continuous improvement, including AI-enabled process optimization.
