Job Summary

Lead highly complex cross-technology systems integration work, covering installation, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management across networking, data centers, security, collaboration, and end-user computing environments. Engage with clients on-site and remotely, write clear technical specifications and documentation, coordinate engineers/technicians against targets, and serve as a technical lead for ownership across the project lifecycle. Mentor junior implementation engineers and may support third-line service desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate complex systems integration activities across engineers and technicians to meet performance targets, monitoring quality of work when required.
•Interact with clients on-site and remotely to address complex solution requirements, escalating unresolved issues to relevant third parties.
•Compile technical specifications clearly and unambiguously, including evaluating options and creating alternative solutions as backup planning.
•Write reports and proposals and complete and maintain project documentation, including standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
•Provide coaching and mentorship to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians; may support third-line service desk telephonic, remote, and on-site support and problem management.

Key Requirements

•Advanced work experience in technical implementation engineering across networking, data center, security, customer experience, collaboration, and/or end user compute environments.
•Advanced experience engaging with clients, conducting presentations, and producing detailed reports and proposals.
•Advanced project management and administration ability demonstrated through execution of installations and assignments.
•Advanced customer engagement and client-focused problem-solving, including escalating unresolved problems to relevant third parties.
•For Collaboration: advanced experience with Cisco collaboration/UC components in enterprise deployments, including administration/provisioning of endpoints and user accounts, plus voice gateway and contact center experience.
