Lead Expert - Perimeter Mall

Drive in-store sales performance as a floor leader, meeting monthly targets and educating walk-by customers to overcome objections and close. Own lead generation and CRM management, audit leads with the Store Manager, and coach Experts when the Store Manager is absent. Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence, while supporting daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.
