Key Responsibilities

•Translate consumer behavior and category strategies into effective activations that drive purchases and boost sales.
•Ensure presence in stores (offline and online) is state of the art and aligned with category strategies.
•Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activations and identify areas for improvement.
•Collaborate with key retailers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
•Lead the development and execution of shopper activation plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Nordic region growth.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in retail shopper marketing with a track record in developing category strategies
•hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent shopper experiences
•analytical and data-savvy, comfortable using Excel or dashboards to monitor performance
•strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders across teams
•ability to translate consumer behavior into compelling trade arguments and activations
