Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests efficiently and professionally.
  • •Interact with guests, cultivate regulars, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
  • •Prepare drinks per standard recipes and venue specifications; complete pour tests where applicable.
  • •Maintain responsible alcohol service: verify IDs, refuse service to intoxicated guests, and follow venue alcohol policies.
  • •Perform POS guest checks and payment processing, maintain bartender bank and cash procedures, and follow opening/running/closing duties and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Food Handler Certification and Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Physically able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • •Ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
  • •Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; ability to deal with intoxicated guests safely.
