Key Responsibilities

•Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests efficiently and professionally.
•Interact with guests, cultivate regulars, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
•Prepare drinks per standard recipes and venue specifications; complete pour tests where applicable.
•Maintain responsible alcohol service: verify IDs, refuse service to intoxicated guests, and follow venue alcohol policies.
•Perform POS guest checks and payment processing, maintain bartender bank and cash procedures, and follow opening/running/closing duties and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

•Food Handler Certification and Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
•Cash handling experience.
•Physically able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
•Ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
•Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; ability to deal with intoxicated guests safely.
