Strategic IT&D manager to lead the Advanced Annual Planning and Optimization capabilities (Local Success Model) of the Revenue Growth Management platform, bridging business stakeholders and technology teams. •Partner with the technology teams, data engineers, analysts, and application developers to deliver the capabilities
•Manage the full technology lifecycle — from discovery and design through build, testing, and deployment

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in business analysis, or IT management roles
•Proven experience in designing, deploying and adopting analytical tools within commercial teams
•Experience in working with the RGM, Trade Marketing, or Sales functions
•Proven track record in driving adoption and transformation at scale
•FMCG / Consumer Goods experience preferred
