Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a business-led transformation program to build and implement Aon’s Target Operating Model.
  • •Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap linking processes, organization, governance, technology, and data to business impact.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into operating model initiatives with measurable benefits (e.g., efficiency, quality, experience).
  • •Define and evolve the Target Operating Model with roles, responsibilities, location strategy, and transition plans.
  • •Design and run governance frameworks (steering committees, decision forums, portfolio reviews) and support adoption through pilots and phased rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business transformation, program management, or management consulting focused on redesigning organizational frameworks.
  • •Strong business insight to connect strategy to operational and organizational build.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs and deliver quantifiable business results.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without formal authority.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by data-driven decision-making.
