Key Responsibilities

  • •Support transaction advisers on settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market, including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions.
  • •Run settlement transactions end-to-end, ensuring completion on time and on budget, and develop relationships with transaction stakeholders.
  • •Advise clients on their strategic “Journey to Settlement,” including market approach and feasibility.
  • •Support internal and external new business opportunities and initiatives.
  • •Support marketing and media engagement, help develop risk settlement propositions/strategies, and coach/mentor direct and indirect reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record of delivery on settlement transactions.
  • •Industry experience with sound technical capability in the settlement/pension risk transfer market.
