  • •Design and build out new features for internal tools used by YC employees, focusing on event software and engagement tools
  • •Work with YC Partners to build productivity software (Gmail plugins, dashboards)
  • •Scope and prioritize the roadmap, making trade-offs of effort and impact
  • •Analyze usage and engagement to drive continuous improvement over time
  • •Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team to ship high-impact features
