Key Responsibilities

  • •Support brand partnerships by helping create and execute sales marketing materials and proposals for cross-platform activations, including post-campaign recaps.
  • •Independently manage small to medium complexity projects for flawless delivery, including paid social campaigns and in-show billboards.
  • •Liaise with production to track and coordinate branded products and materials and stay current on production/approval timelines.
  • •Manage post-sale processes by producing recap presentations and assets such as clips, air checks, and digital links/screenshots.
  • •Administer invoice processing and contract development (e.g., Brand Integration Agreements) with Ad Sales Finance, Legal, and BA partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • •3+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at an agency, client, media, or production company (or applicable internship experience)
  • •Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • •Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
